We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records for a U.S.-based real estate business.

The adecuado candidate has 2+ years of U.S. bookkeeping experience and direct experience supporting real estate, property management, or real estate investment companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bookkeeping and accurately record financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Track property-related income, expenses, and transactions.
- Maintain accurate records across properties and/or business entities.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
- Review transactions and records for accuracy and discrepancies.
- Maintain organized financial documentation.




- Coordinate with the team on accounting-related matters.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of U.S.-based bookkeeping experience.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or real estate investment.
- Hands-on experience with AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.
- Experience tracking property-related income, expenses, and transactions.
- Experience maintaining financial records across multiple properties and/or business entities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work U.S. business hours.
