Job Summary/Purpose

The Asset Management Clerk is responsible for providing expert customer service support to internal and external clients. Assists finance staff with daily clerical accounting functions. Assists with data entry including processing of journal entries and adding/updating asset or project demographics. Review reports as assigned. Communicates with all levels of staff in a professional manner.

Essential Job Functions

- Accurately maintains various logs, schedules, and reconciliations, including document storing and gathering as assigned.

- Maintains, updates, and runs reports for financial analysis as assigned.

- Reviews and processes project documents for accuracy and compliance with policy and procedures.

- Includes but not limited to opening new projects, processing change orders, close out forms, reviewing invoices, etc.

- Works directly with accounting team to assist with data entry items as needed. Includes preparation and entry of journal entries. Maintains zero to low error rate.





- Maintains established goals and stats as discussed with leader.

- Assists leadership with educating project team members with the appropriate processes and resources available to them.

- Makes recommendations to leadership for process improvements.

- Makes recommendations and engages in conversations surrounding process improvements.

- Finds opportunities to strengthen skillset and system or process knowledge.

- Able to work and collaborate in a team environment to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

- Typing and basic data entry skills.

- Excellent customer service skills required.

- Good communication skills (verbal and written).

- Be a self starter, detail oriented and capable of working independently in a fast paced
- environment to meet tight deadlines.

- Proficient with Microsoft office.

- Knowledge of People

- B1 English Level
