AI Security Engineer

Duration: 12 months (Possible extension)

Location: Remote – Colombia

English: Solid/Advanced

We’re looking for an experienced AI Security Engineer to support the secure adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI across the enterprise.

- *Key Responsibilities

- Design security controls for AI/ML, GenAI and agentic systems.
- Protect against prompt injection, data leakage, unsafe outputs and tool abuse.
- Secure AI gateways, agents, MCP/A2A and cloud AI platforms.
- Implement policy-as-code, CI/CD controls and runtime guardrails.
- Apply NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS and OWASP LLM/Agentic Top 10.
- Support AI security threat modeling, incident response and emerging technology assessments.

- *Requirements

- 10+ years in IT.
- 7+ years in software development with Python + public cloud.
- 3+ years in AI/ML or GenAI Security.
- Experience with AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM and AI security.
- Solid/Advanced English.
