Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced CPA Accountant to manage financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and day‑to‑day accounting operations. The idóneo candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent English proficiency, and a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update financial records (digital and physical)
- Analyze financial transactions and prepare detailed reports
- Participate in payroll processing, including tracking and allocating employee hours
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments
- Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Oversee ledger reconciliation
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow)
- Coordinate with tax accountants for filings, payments, and returns
- Provide regular financial updates to senior management
- Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry changes




- Respond to tax and accounting‑related inquiries
- Monitor bookkeeping activities
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a certified accountant
- Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and GAAP
- Excellent understanding of local, state, and federal tax regulations
- Experience with accounting software (Quick Books and Zoho preferred)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in tech, services, finance, or BPO environments
- Background in fast‑growing or multi‑entity organizations
- Strong audit and financial forecasting experience
