Responsible for assigned operational items in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), applicable configuration and maintenance, technical support, and customer service. This position will support schools with staffing, licensure, and recruiting questions. Additionally, this position will help support staff members with Workday questions.

- Answers telephone and greets visitors,



providing information and routing inquiries as appropriate
- Attends professional meetings, seminars, and workshops
- Creates and maintains HRIS information including confidential data
- Develops and maintains reporting information and works closely with the Director for Human Resources to ensure applicable compliance items
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, policies, procedures, and practices
- Enters data into the HRIS and makes changes as requested
- Interprets and explains district HRIS best practices, requirements, and procedures
- Maintains and provides requested communications
- Makes data and information corrections
- Manages assigned HRIS processes and related data
- Participates as a member of the HRIS team to collaboratively work other members of the Human Resources team as well as other department members
- Provides assistance to Human Resources, departmental, and school staff
