Purpose of the RoleLead the organization’s regional Human Resources and Culture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, talent development, and the creation of a high-performance culture.You will be responsible for designing and implementing models for organizational culture, change management, leadership development, employee experience, and People Analytics, particularly in the areas of technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence.Adecuado Professional Profile- Professional with a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, People Management, or related fields.- An executive with strategic thinking, a comprehensive view of the business, and experience leading Human Resources departments in large-scale regional organizations.- Must possess solid knowledge of organizational culture, change management, talent development, strategic recruitment, employer branding, organizational climate, and People Analytics.- Strong ability to advise the CEO, C-level team, and Board of Directors on decisions related to talent, leadership, structure, culture, and organizational capabilities.Required Experience- At least 12 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Talent, Culture, or Organizational Development.- At least 7 years of experience leading Human Resources departments in managerial or executive roles.- Regional experience in large-scale organizations, preferably with more than 10,000 employees and operations in different countries in Central America or Latin America.- Experience in technology, digital services, telecommunications, banking, consulting, BPO, or companies undergoing intensive transformation processes.- Experience designing and implementing strategies for organizational culture, change management, leadership, workplace climate, employee engagement, and talent development.- Advanced knowledge of People Analytics and defining metrics for productivity, turnover, retention, absenteeism, performance,



and employee experience.- Experience leading certification processes such as Great Place to Work or similar models of culture and employer branding.- Experience in strategic recruitment and attracting executive, technology, and highly specialized talent.- Track record in organizational structures, competency models, succession planning, performance evaluation, and leadership development.- Experience in compensation strategies, benefits, recognition, well-being, and the employee value proposition.- Knowledge of labor laws and experience in labor relations in one or more Central American countries.- Experience in cultural integration, regional expansion, mergers, acquisitions, or organizational transformation processes is desirable.- English proficiency at the B2 level or higher is desirable.Contract Terms- Type: Full-time.- Work Arrangement: On-site or hybrid, depending on the location of the main operation.- Location: Central America.- Scope of the Position: Regional.- Job Level: Executive / Management.- Compensation: 45,000,000 COP per month or the equivalent in local currency.- Benefits: Executive benefits package, in accordance with corporate policies and the country of employment.- Availability: Must be available to travel regularly throughout the countries in the region.- Reports directly to: CEO, Executive Chairman, or highest regional authority.- Teams under supervision: Regional and local Human Resources teams.Key Responsibilities- Design and execute the regional Human Resources strategy, aligned with corporate objectives and business priorities.- Build and strengthen an organizational culture focused on high performance, innovation, collaboration, and talent development.- Lead cultural transformation and change management processes associated with the adoption of technology, artificial intelligence,



and new work models.- Design the employee experience strategy throughout the employee’s entire lifecycle within the organization.- Define leadership models, competencies, performance evaluations, career plans, succession planning, and talent development.- Lead the attraction, selection, development, and retention of executive, technology, and highly specialized talent.- Implement People Analytics models to support strategic business decision-making.- Define and monitor metrics for productivity, workplace climate, engagement, turnover, retention, performance, and organizational effectiveness.- Lead certification processes such as Great Place to Work and other recognitions related to culture and employer brand.- Design strategies for compensation, benefits, recognition, well-being, and quality of life.- Strengthen the employee value proposition and position the organization as a leading employer in the region.- Advise the CEO, C-level team, and Board of Directors on decisions related to talent, culture, leadership, and organizational structure.- Engage leaders to ensure the adoption of Human Resources initiatives and cultural transformation.- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable labor laws in the various countries.- Lead and develop regional and local Human Resources teams.- Manage labor relations, sensitive situations, and high-stakes conversations with confidentiality, integrity, and executive judgment.Desired Skills- Strategic thinking and a comprehensive view of the business.- Transformational leadership.- Executive-level communication and influence at the C-level and with the Board of Directors.- Change management and cultural transformation.- Data-driven decision-making.- Knowledge of People Analytics and talent metrics.- Results-oriented and focused on high performance.- Regional vision and multicultural sensitivity.- Innovation in talent models and employee experience.- Stakeholder management and building strategic alliances.- Management of labor relations and sensitive organizational situations.- Emotional intelligence, integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment.- Leadership of multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.- Adaptability to technological, digital, and highly competitive environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
