Job Description
Lean Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer service to US based clients.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls.
- Provide clear and accurate information about services.
- Accurately record customer information in the system.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of office tools and CRM systems.
