XERO Brand Manager
About Us
World Enterprises is the parent company behind several leading window cleaning brands, including WCR, Sörbo, and XERO. XERO designs and builds premium water-fed poles and gear for professional window cleaners across the country. Our customers are serious pros who talk about us online every day. They troubleshoot, share their work, and they notice everything. We need someone who notices everything too.
Is this you?
You’ve always been a little hard to put in a box. People might have called you creative, but they’ve also called you practical. Both are true, and it depends on the day, maybe even the weather- but that’s perfect
You have taught yourself things nobody asked you to learn all in the name of curiosity. Maybe it was building a website, a side hustle, a Facebook page for a friend’s business, or three hours of YouTube tutorials on something oddly specific. Once curiosity grabs you by the hand, you’re in for the adventure
You have a sense for what’s about to take off. You scroll with a purpose,

and you can usually tell what makes a post work and by the time a trend has taken root, you’ve already been there, done that. You’re easy to talk to. You’ve diffused a tense situation, cracked a joke with a coworker you don’t sit next to, and pitched a new idea, sometimes all before lunch.
When something goes awry, you don’t wait for someone else to fix it. You’d rather ask one question too many and bring a solution to the table before anyone else knows there’s an issue.
You get bored doing the same thing twice. If a task is repetitive, you’ve probably already started figuring out how to automate it with AI.
You’ve had this feeling before: "If someone would just let me run with this, I know I could make it great."
If you’re nodding along, we should talk.
Never thought about window cleaning? Perfect.
Some of our best people didn’t know professional window cleaning was a thing until they found themselves applying to "The Best Job Ever." We can tea
