Job Description
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading the end-to-end documentation lifecycle for Managed Services content, collaborating with line of business leadership to identify and address gaps in current knowledge, and implementing long-term knowledge management strategies in partnership with the Director of Knowledge Management. The role ensures alignment with content standards for consistency and quality across knowledge, driving continuous improvement and innovation in Knowledge Management.
By joining the team, the Implementation Consultant will work on impactful projects that contribute to the advancement of documentation and knowledge management practices. All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities
