Proper is seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager in Colombia to lead a pod of ~20 client accounts with 4–6 direct reports. You will coach Senior and Principal Accountants, own the accuracy of client books, and ensure the team delivers contracted work with rigor and integrity.
Based in Colombia, you will work with US GAAP standards, manage client relationships, monitor health metrics, and drive process improvements with cross-functional partners in Finance, Ops, and Engineering.
