As a Talent Acquisition Partner , you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on sales and commercial hiring. You will work closely with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to understand their manpower needs, develop effective sourcing strategies and attract high-performing talent across different markets. This role is suitable for someone who is proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding follow-up
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team structure, hiring requirements and adecuado candidate profiles
- Lead recruitment for sales and commercial positions, including Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Client Relationship Managers, Retention Specialists and other revenue-generating roles
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn,



job portals, referrals, networking and direct headhunting
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct market mapping and provide insights on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks and competitor hiring trends
- Assess candidates based on their sales performance, KPIs, industry experience, market exposure and overall suitability
- Manage candidate expectations and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with HR Operations to ensure a smooth offer preparation, documentation and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment progress in the Applicant Tracking System
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, hiring fulfilment and onboarding status
- Support regional recruitment projects and other talent acquisition
