Your Responsibilities:
- Precision CNC Operation:Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines to produce precision parts according to complex blueprints and specifications.
- Program Optimization:Interpret and refine G-code and M-code programming, and utilize Mastercam to generate and modify CNC programs.
- Quality Assurance:Perform meticulous quality checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators),
ensuring adherence to strict tolerances.
- Machine Maintenance:Conduct routine machine maintenance, ensuring optimal performance.
- Blueprint Interpretation:Accurately read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Detailed Documentation:Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Problem Solving:Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and implement process improvements.
- Safety Adherence:Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on CNC Machinist experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven proficiency in operating CNC milling and lathe machines.
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
- 5+ year of dedicatedmillexperience.
- Expertise in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators).
- Proficiency with Mastercam software.
