In this role, you'll manage LMS operations, provide user support, maintain data accuracy, and help create a seamless learning experience for employees around the world.What You'll Do* Provide first-line support for LMS users, including access, enrollment, completion records, and system navigation* Maintain user profiles, learning assignments, course records, and LMS data accuracy* Upload, test, publish,



and manage learning content and resources* Produce LMS reports and dashboards related to participation, compliance, and learning activity* Support learning teams and LMS administrators globally through guidance and training materials* Assist with system testing, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives* Monitor support requests and ensure an excellent user experienceAbout you* 1-2 years of experience in administration, customer support, HR, Learning & Development, shared services, or systems support* Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy* Strong organizational and time-management skills* Customer-focused mindset with effective communication skills* Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems methodically* Fluent English; Spanish and LMS experience are advantageousWe offer you* Supportive Environment: Work alongside a dynamic team committe
