We are looking for a Business Analyst to help teams turn business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions. This person will work with stakeholders and delivery teams to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, support implementation, and help ensure the finished solution meets business needs.
This is a mid-level Business Analyst role. Experience working with data is helpful, but deep technical expertise is not required.
Responsibilities
- Meet with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Document workflows, business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Review current processes and recommend practical improvements.
- Work with project managers, product owners, and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve questions.
- Help prioritize requests and track decisions, dependencies, and open issues.
- Support user acceptance testing by preparing test scenarios, gathering feedback, and confirming that solutions meet requirements.




- Communicate project updates and findings clearly to business and technical audiences.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
- Ability to ask effective questions, organize information, and follow issues through to resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and common collaboration tools.

Nice to have
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery.
- Experience reviewing reports or working with data to support business decisions.
- Experience in supply chain, distribution, merchandising, or another large enterprise environment.
