You will sit between clients, the product team, and engineers, conducting discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories with acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the stated problems.
You will work on client builds, maintenance engagements, and internal products, playing a key role in scoping and estimating new projects.
