? We’re Hiring: Spanish-Speaking SDR | Mining

Farmonaut is expanding its mining business across Latin America, and we’re looking for a driven Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.

? What you’ll do:

- Make outbound calls to mining companies and decision-makers
- Connect with geologists, mining engineers, exploration managers & CEOs
- Qualify leads and understand their exploration needs
- Pitch Farmonaut’s satellite-based mineral exploration solutions
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently hit targets

? What we’re looking for:
- Fluent Spanish + strong English communication
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / SDR / tele-sales
- Excellent cold-calling and objection-handling skills




- Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
- Strong ownership, persistence and a results-driven mindset
- Experience in mining, geology, SaaS or B2B technology is a plus

? Location: Remote
? Market: Latin America / Spanish-speaking mining markets
? Role: Contract basis - 4-5 hrs/ day
Pay - 10$/hr
