Role Description
The Senior Coupa Procure to Pay Business Analyst is a full-time, hybrid role based in Capital District, Colombia, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for leading the analysis, design, and optimization of Coupa Procure to Pay processes, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams.



Day-to-day activities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and improving end-to-end procurement and AP processes, and configuring or supporting Coupa solutions to align with business objectives. The analyst will perform data analysis, identify process gaps, propose solutions, and coordinate testing and user training. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams, preparing documentation, monitoring system performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Procure to Pay function.
