Position Summary
Utility Supply Associates is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative in the Bahamas to develop new business and strengthen relationships with contractors, municipalities, utility providers, engineers, and developers within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, engineers, utility companies, and developers.
• Conduct regular customer visits, jobsite visits, and sales presentations.
• Prepare and present product quotations, proposals, and pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within CRM systems.




• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and association meetings.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals and profitability objectives.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
