Overview

At Publicis Production, based in Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a
Production Engagement Lead with
9–12 years of experience in account leadership, engagement management, integrated production, or delivery leadership roles within
advertising agencies, production studios, marketing operations, or creative services environments. The mission of this role is to serve as the strategic owner of assigned accounts,



ensuring client satisfaction, delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth while acting as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Account Leadership

• Serve as the primary senior point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and business partnership.

• Own overall account health, including client satisfaction, delivery performance, financial discipline, and strategic alignment.

• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, brands, audiences, and market dynamics to provide meaningful recommendations and guidance.

• Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities for growth, optimization, innovation, and account expansion.
