Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join our Professional Services Finance team in Bogotá, Colombia, supporting transactions and business activities across the United States and Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership, working independently and partnering with stakeholders across multiple areas of the business. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the accounting and financial control of assigned legal entities, ensuring financial information is accurate, timely and compliant with company accounting policies and control requirements.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Take ownership of accounting activities for assigned legal entities, including revenue recognition where applicable, costs, accruals, provisions and other accounting estimates.
• Lead month-end close activities, ensuring transactions and adjustments are complete, accurate and delivered within corporate deadlines.
• Prepare and review balance sheet and sub-ledger reconciliations, investigating and resolving issues.
