Job Purpose and Impact

The Communications Professional, Food LATAM implements internal and external communication strategies supporting both Food Colombia and the broader Food LATAM organization. This role develops and executes communication plans that strengthen employee engagement, support business priorities, enhance employer brand, and protect organizational reputation. Working with limited supervision,



the role coordinates communication initiatives across multiple stakeholders, manages communication channels, supports organizational change efforts, and ensures consistent and effective messaging for both internal and external audiences.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies, annual communication plans, and campaigns aligned with Food Colombia and Food LATAM business priorities.

Partner with business leaders, HR, and key stakeholders to drive employee engagement, organizational change, leadership communications, and employer brand initiatives.

Create and deliver compelling communication content, messaging, and storytelling that supports business objectives, commercial achievements, sustainability initiatives, innovation programs, and employee engagement efforts.
