We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused General LMS Administrator to support our global learning ecosystem. In this role, you'll manage LMS operations, provide user support, maintain data accuracy, and help create a seamless learning experience for employees around the world.

What You'll Do

• Provide first-line support for LMS users, including access, enrollment, completion records, and system navigation
• Maintain user profiles, learning assignments, course records, and LMS data accuracy
• Upload, test, publish, and manage learning content and resources




• Produce LMS reports and dashboards related to participation, compliance, and learning activity
• Support learning teams and LMS administrators globally through guidance and training materials
• Assist with system testing, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor support requests and ensure an excellent user experience

About you

• 1-2 years of experience in administration, customer support, HR, Learning & Development, shared services, or systems support
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with effective communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems methodically
• Fluent English; Spanish and LMS experience are advantageous
