The Job:

As the Americas Pricing Manager, you will be a core member of the Tools and Outdoor Pricing Strategy Organization, supporting the Americas region (North America and Latin America) in executing pricing strategies, analytics, and tools that drive profitable revenue growth. Reporting to the Americas Pricing Leader, you will translate pricing strategy into day-to-day execution – owning analytical workstreams, building decision-ready insights, and partnering with commercial teams to implement pricing actions across the product lifecycle.



This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be directly involved in the team's highest priority initiatives: inflation response modeling, competitive price tracking, promo effectiveness analytics, price-volume-mix measurement, price elasticity models, and the development of customer pricing tools. You will work closely with Channel Marketing, Commercial Finance, Sales, and Brand Pricing Leaders to ensure pricing decisions are grounded in data and aligned to business objectives. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role for a pricing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence across functions, and is motivated by seeing analytical work translate directly into commercial results.
