Invoice Processing & Resolution Assistant

Support the processing, verification, and resolution of invoices for the assigned region, ensuring compliance with established company policies, internal control procedures, and service level agreements.



This role is responsible for identifying and resolving invoice discrepancies, supporting accurate and timely payments, maintaining effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices for the assigned region within established deadlines, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and internal control procedures (ICS).
• Review invoice information and applicable tax requirements to ensure accurate processing, accounting, and timely payments.
• Support the resolution of invoice discrepancies between operating companies and NASS, ensuring proper accounting and payment execution.
• Identify, resolve, and report issues during invoice verification and processing to prevent operational disruptions and impacts on supplier relationships.
