Role Description:
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll spearhead the development, implementation, and optimization of advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The idóneo candidate will possess creativity, analytical prowess, and strategic vision to drive ROI and achieve our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies across Meta and Google Ads to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and boost conversions.
• Implement A/B testing to evaluate different ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies.
• Perform asset testing to identify top-performing images, videos, and ad copy variations.




• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting performance metrics and actionable recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of proven experience managing advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, with a track record of driving results.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and/or YouTube campaigns).
• In-depth knowledge of paid advertising principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads Manager.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4), is a plus.
