The role
You are the client's champion inside Rizen. You own the relationship with U.S. business owners, keep delivery aligned with their goals, and grow every account in results, trust, and revenue.

Details
• Full-time independent contractor, remote
• USD $2,200 – $3,000 per month depending on experience, paid monthly in USD via Ontop
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
• Open to candidates living in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Dominican Republic or Brazil

What you'll do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts across Slack, WhatsApp, SMS, phone, and Zoom
• Lead client status meetings and own all client-facing communication on progress, milestones, and roadblocks
• Partner with the Project Manager to keep delivery on time, on scope, and aligned with client expectations
• Report on leads, cost per lead, sales, ROI, and campaign performance,



and turn the numbers into clear recommendations
• Spot upsell and renewal opportunities and bring them to Sales with context
• Use AI tools daily within Rizen's systems and processes (training provided)

What you bring
• Native-level English (C2). You will speak with U.S. business owners every day.
• Experience in account management, customer success, or client services, ideally at a marketing agency
• Comfort with marketing metrics: leads, cost per lead, ROI
• An existing habit of using AI tools in your work
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
