Are you an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal with hands-on experience supporting U.S. law firms?

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional based in Colombia to join a U.S. law firm remotely.

Important: Previous experience in U.S. estate planning is required. We are specifically looking for someone who has worked directly with estate planning documents, not just general legal or administrative tasks.

What You Will Do• Draft and prepare wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Support probate and guardianship matters, including financial records, accountings, and documentation.
• Organize client files, maintain accurate records, and manage deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and attorneys through virtual meetings and email.
• Work with cloud-based legal systems and digital workflows.

What You Bring• 2+ years of paralegal experience supporting U.S. law firms.

hands-on experience drafting U.S. estate planning documents (required).
• Knowledge of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning procedures.
• Experience with probate and guardianship matters is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
