About the RoleWe are looking for an accountable, results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our hospital and clinic partners.
You will own a portfolio of provider accounts, strengthen partner relationships, monitor patient case pipelines, identify revenue growth opportunities, and train provider teams to use our platform effectively.
This is a business-facing role focused on account growth, provider retention, patient case progression,



and measurable results—not simply administrative coordination or customer support.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount & Relationship Management
• Build strong, long-term relationships with hospital directors, clinic owners, and provider teams.
• Understand each provider’s services, pricing, business goals, and growth opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact and take ownership of account-related issues.

Patient Pipeline Management
• Monitor patient inquiries and cases assigned to your provider accounts.
• Identify unanswered inquiries, stalled cases, and follow-up gaps.
• Prioritize cases based on urgency, potential value, and conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up.

Revenue Growth & Retention
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve account performance.
• Recommend improvements to treatment packages, pricing information, provider profiles, and service promotion.
