We are seeking a Contract Manager / Paralegal to support a General Healthcare Company's commercial contracts team100% remote from Colombia.
Schedule
30-40 hours per week
What You'll Do
• Assist with the preparation, review, revision, and administration of commercial agreements.
• Draft and edit MSAs, Product Agreements, and Service Agreements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including document intake, redlines, signature coordination, and tracking.
• Support day-to-day contract management activities across the legal team.
What We're Looking For
• 6+ years of contract support experience.
• Experience working with commercial agreements.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluent Spanish speaker.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Motnhy pay rate offered for 160 hours per month: USD 2,200-2,400
