To support this growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our general Talent Acquisition team in Bogotá. You will own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles, working closely with hiring managers and members of the TA team. This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who enjoys finding great people, moving processes forward quickly, and building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
What You Will Do
• End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle for a portfolio of roles, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding handover.
• Sourcing:
Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking and university channels.
• Screening and assessment: Run structured screening calls and assess candidates against role requirements and Dialectica's values, presenting well-prepared shortlists to hiring managers.
• Hiring manager partnership: Run intake meetings, align on requirements and timelines, and keep hiring managers updated on pipeline progress and market feedback.
• Candidate experience: Deliver a timely, transparent and engaging journey for every candidate, from first contact to offer.
• Data and process: Keep the ATS accurate and up to date, track pipeline metrics, and contribute ideas to improve TA processes and tools.
• Employer branding: Represent Dialectica in the local talent market, supporting university partnerships, events and social media initiatives.
