Are you a technical growth professional who knows how to build, market, and scale digital products?
Allied Integral is looking for a hands-on Growth Engineer to drive user acquisition, paid subscriptions, customer retention, and marketplace growth for its AI-powered platform that helps older adults live safely at home.
You will own the growth funnel, develop and execute experiments, write code, optimize marketing campaigns, and use data to drive measurable business results. This is an opportunity to work directly with the CEO in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

? WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Drive growth across B2C subscriptions and a two-sided marketplace.
• Design, build, and launch A/B tests across landing pages, onboarding, pricing, checkout, and customer journeys.
• Develop and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta,



Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Drive organic traffic through SEO and content marketing.
• Build lifecycle marketing campaigns using email, SMS, and in-app messaging to improve retention and reduce churn.
• Implement analytics, attribution, and dashboards to measure performance and optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV).
• Write and deploy code to support growth initiatives and conversion optimization.
• Report growth metrics, experiments, and results directly to the CEO.

✅ WHAT YOU BRING
• 4+ years of experience in Growth Engineering, Growth Marketing, or a technical growth role within a B2C subscription business, marketplace, or consumer app.
• Demonstrated success growing digital products, with measurable results and metrics.
• Strong hands-on technical skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
• Experience designing and executing A/B tests and data-drive
