The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success.This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.

Responsibilities

Handles a large volume of transactional interactions, accurately executing defined CRM activities and following call scripts.
Develops and maintains relationships with key customer contacts, executing on account and contact plans to build rapport and uncover needs.
Proactively builds and maintains strategic, multithreaded relationships across the customer or partner organization. Seen as a reliable and trusted point of contact.
Consistently employs consultativebased selling with decisionmakers becomes a trusted advisor. Anticipates and recognizes existing customer pain points and offers comprehensive solutions.
Understands and leverages a defined Sales Process e.g., BANT criteria to qualify and gauge opportunities, create them in the CRM tool, and make a successful handoff to the appropriate owner.




In addition to converting provided leads to opportunities, uses relationship management with customers and partners to generate new leads and opportunities.
Proactively engages resources specialists, services, etc. to establish and advance opportunities and facilitate complex solution selling. Leverages deep knowledge of opportunity progression to take the lead as necessary.
Works with customer partner contacts to monitor progress and ensures accurate status is reflected in the CRM tool.
Conducts regular pipeline reviews, which result in accurate forecasting and tracking of leads and opportunities.
Qualifications

Bachelors Degree required
4 years minimum, including 2 years in a role requiring strategic account planning or complex solution selling
