Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Appointment Setter (outside of the US). The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments and managing leads. Fluent english is required as 90%+ of the calls are with English speakers. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, and ensuring seamless appointment processes to support our bathroom remodeling team. This role involves a high volume of daily calls,



so applicants should be comfortable making several outbound calls per hour and maintaining a consistent pace throughout their shift.

Compensation Structure

This position offers a combination of base pay plus commissions. The starting base pay is $750 per month, with the opportunity to earn up to $1,500 per month in total compensation, depending on performance.

Schedule

Work shifts are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. To ensure continuity across the department, at least one of the five shifts will typically be scheduled on a weekend day.

- QualificationsProficiency in English (Bilingual/Fluent)
- Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
- Reliable tools to work remotely (dedicated space without any noise, a working computer, stable and high-speed internet connection)
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a remote, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales, scheduling, or customer-facing roles is a plus
