The role

We are looking for a Salesforce Admin who is passionate about driving business outcomes as they are about building smart, scalable solutions whether through configuration, automation, or code when needed. In this role, you'll seek to understand how our business works, collaborate with stakeholders to translate real needs into thoughtful Salesforce solutions, and avoid over-engineering in favor of pragmatic, scalable improvements.

You'll be a key partner in helping our internal teams work smarter and faster leveraging Salesforce, automation, and AI. When solutions show measurable impact internally, you'll help us explore how to bring those capabilities to our customers as well.

This is a senior, high-autonomy role. The Operations leadership team sets priorities based on business impact and you'll be trusted to independently design, build, and execute the Salesforce solution itself, without technical guidance from leadership on how to get there. This role requires someone who is curious, grounded, strategic, and able to effectively manage competing requests from across the organization while working with leadership to prioritize based on business impact.

What you'll do

- Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand needs and translate them into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions

- Independently design, build, and execute Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Agentforce, and other tools - with minimal technical oversight

- Leverage AI and automation to improve employee efficiency and customer-facing applications





- Meet with our assigned Salesforce professional services representative to ask questions and make sure we get the most out of our salesforce investment

- Avoid over-engineering - solve the problem at hand using the simplest effective approach

- Maintain strong documentation and ensure solutions are easy to maintain

- Manage intake and triage of Salesforce-related requests across departments, driving clarity and alignment

- Collaborate with leadership to maintain and evolve a prioritization framework that balances urgency, impact, and strategic value

- Own the full solution lifecycle - from stakeholder discovery through technical design, build, and delivery - with leadership setting priorities, not implementation details

- Support integrations between Salesforce and other platforms used across the business

- Proactively identify opportunities for business process improvements using Salesforce capabilities

What we're looking for

- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL)

- Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Active Campaign

- Experience in using AI tools and platforms (e.g., Einstein, GPT-based tools) to improve internal workflows

- Solid knowledge of user management, security settings, profiles, roles, and data management within Salesforce

- Experience in creating and maintaining workflows, processes, and automation using flows and process builders

- Proven ability to understand business processes and requirements - you're a listener first, you ask the right questions to refine requiremee, Lightning Web Components, Flows,



SOQL/SOSL)nts, and then you build a scalable solution that delights end users

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously - comfortable taking a business goal from a non-technical stakeholder and independently determining the right Salesforce architecture and build approach, without step-by-step technical direction

- Excellent written and spoken English, with proven experience leading discovery conversations directly with US-based business stakeholders - asking probing questions, surfacing unstated requirements, and pushing back on scope when needed

- A pragmatic, user-first mindset with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions without over-engineering
