Configure, test, and optimize LMS features and connected learning technologies.Support the implementation of automation and workflow improvements using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and ETL processes.Support system integrations and data connections between the LMS and other enterprise applications.Analyze system data and usage trends to identify opportunities for improvement.Provide technical support and troubleshoot LMS-related issues and incidents through ServiceNow.Requirements:Hands-on experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) in a technical, administrative, or systems-focused capacity.Experience with LMS configuration, support, and troubleshooting.Knowledge or experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows,
