and concrete/asphalt installation.The ability to interpret construction drawings and blueprints is a strong asset.Familiarity with electrical grounding techniques, such as exothermic welding (cad-welding), is highly desirable.A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth within the construction field.Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to learn through on-the-job training and self-directed study.A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets our company's insurability guidelines are required.This position requires the physical capacity to perform all related duties in a construction setting. You must be comfortable and able to work safely at elevated heights, including on rooftops and ladders.
