We're seeking to welcome a People Manager into our team. This position serves as the key People point of contact for an EPAM site, tasked with shaping local People strategy, converting global and regional goals into tangible local outcomes, and acting as the top advisor and escalation resource for site leadership.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with site leaders to inject a People-focused angle into major decisions and the development of the local strategyDirect and maintain alignment of local People initiatives with the larger regional framework and company-wide aimsAnalyze site-specific metrics including engagement, turnover, and performance results, collaborating with leadership to formulate effective action plansTailor and introduce People-related programs, processes, and policies suited to the specific local contextUphold continuous compliance with both local labor laws and company-wide policy frameworksServe as the central contact for navigating sensitive employee situations, including conflict management and compliance-related mattersObserve indicators tied to organizational health and swiftly inform leadership when risks start to appearFunction as the connector between integral and regional People teams and on-site realities, facilitating effective execution and continuous feedbackAssist in building location-specific programs focused on driving stronger performance, cultivating culture, and improving the overall employee experienceRequirementsA minimum of eight years of relevant experience functioning autonomously at a regional or site level, managing complex, cross-functional People projects and organizational changeNo less than three years occupying Senior,
