Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential.Title and Summary Senior Analyst, Data Collection ProgramsThe Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) team within the AI and Data Office is responsible for developing Mastercard’s data quality program and driving data quality improvements. We ensure data is of the highest quality and is fit-for purpose to support business and analytic uses. Our team designs controls and solutions that help protect the integrity of the network. We collaborate with regional and integral product teams, as well as Services Technology, to identify and prioritize data quality investments throughout the lifecycle of our business. This includes working with standards governing bodies such as ISO to plan implementation and adoption of data formats and other standards. Additionally, the team works with tech and product to identify, plan mitigations and remediate all manner of data quality issues. The team is also responsible for the management of key data assets and capabilities supporting DQ, such as our merchant location and company master data, and the Enterprise Data Quality tooling used to profile and monitor data. Finally, the team works to launch data quality programs that enforce data quality of data coming into the ecosystem.Role OverviewAs a Senior Analyst, Data Collections Programs within the Enterprise Data Quality team, you will play a key role in driving reporting, compliance, and program management initiatives. You will collaborate across Product, Data, Customer Success, Pricing, and Engineering teams to deliver reporting solutions, manage program execution,
and generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate planning and execution of GCO reporting and compliance initiativesPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications to support solution design and implementationDevelop project plans and drive delivery of small to medium-sized initiatives across a matrixed organization as an individual contributorCreate and maintain comprehensive business, process, and functional documentation to support product development, reporting enhancements, and process improvement initiativesMonitor program progress, dependencies, risks, and key milestones to ensure timely execution and successful delivery of strategic initiativesGenerate insights and data-driven recommendations to support customer outreach prioritization, program performance management, and investigation of customer inquiriesCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on program objectives and deliverablesSupport reporting and analytics initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and stakeholder visibilityAll About YouOrganizational skills and project management: Proven ability to manage and successfully deliver projects in a matrix environment with multiple and competing priorities, manage work streams,
