Role purpose
The Operations & Automation Lead owns delivery at Signa. Ops is where the real problems live. This person sits at the intersection of operations, CS, and product. They feel the pain first, define what needs to be solved, and decide whether it gets solved with an automation, an AI agent, or a requirement for the dev team. They're not executing someone else's processes; they're shaping how the product evolves from the front lines. They lead a team of 5, own operational processes end-to-end, and act as a key internal consultant for product decisions. Success in this role is measured through operational delivery and process reliability.
