Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a DifferenceManage customer orders throughout the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillmentProcess domestic, export, and consignment orders, including order entry, order confirmation, invoicing, and order follow-up through deliveryCoordinate customer complaints, service cases,



and order-related issues while driving timely resolutionRespond to customer inquiries in a professional, accurate, and timely mannerProcess credit notes and debit notes related to sales orders and customer claimsBuild strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellenceCollaborate with Planning, Sales, Logistics, Export, Billing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful order executionSupport process optimization initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement within the Order-to-Cash processSupport internal and external audits while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company proceduresWhat Makes You the Right FitBachelor’s degree in any discipline2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Customer Service, Order Management, or related business-to-business environmentsKnowledge of domestic and international trade processes
