You will oversee documentation workflows supporting Buying and Logistics, ensuring agility and accuracy while driving continuous improvement.
You will partner with Assistant Buyers and Buyers, oversee hiring, training, and workload distribution, and coach the team to achieve high performance. A travel requirement of up to 10% is expected.
