PayJoy is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Customer Onboarding Platform, orchestrating identity, credit decisioning, and device provisioning across 9+ countries. You will set technical direction, balance conversion, risk, and reliability, and mentor engineers to remove obstacles.
You will partner with product and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features, guide team growth, participate in hiring, and build a scalable engineering culture at PayJoy.
