- Configure, test, and optimize LMS features and connected learning technologies.
- Support the implementation of automation and workflow improvements using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and ETL processes.
- Support system integrations and data connections between the LMS and other enterprise applications.
- Analyze system data and usage trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot LMS-related issues and incidents through ServiceNow.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) in a technical, administrative, or systems-focused capacity.
- Experience with LMS configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge or experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows,



or ETL processes.
- Experience with automation tools, preferably Microsoft Power Automate.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/service management platforms.

Preferred:
- Experience working with enterprise LMS platforms such as Learning Pool, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo, Moodle, or similar.
- Experience supporting general LMS implementations, migrations, or system rollouts.
- Familiarity with learning technology ecosystems and their integration with HR, reporting, or other enterprise systems.
