The People Location Manager is the senior People partner for an EPAM location — owning the local People strategy, bridging the general/regional agenda with local execution, and acting as the trusted advisor and escalation point for location leadership.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the location's leadership team, contributing a People-focused lens to key decisions and the overall local agendaDrive and coordinate local People initiatives that stay aligned with the regional model and broader business prioritiesEvaluate location-level metrics such as engagement, attrition, and performance, working with leadership to co-develop action plansTailor and roll out People programs, processes, and policies to fit the specific needs of the local contextMaintain compliance with local labor regulations alongside corporate policy standardsServe as the escalation point for sensitive employee matters,
