BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer and Solutions Marketing to build and lead a new area from scratch, reporting to the CMO. This hands-on leadership role will align our client base and collateral with growth objectives across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing.
You'll hire and shape the team, define KPIs, and partner with Sales leadership to close win-rate gaps through compelling messaging and enablement. Remote, USD-competitive compensation available.
