Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Country Finance to lead controllership for MedTech US and Abiomed General, based in Bogotá. You will oversee actuals, ensure rigorous US GAAP reporting, and drive end-to-end close governance with senior stakeholders across the Americas.
You will build a high-performing finance organization, partner with regional CFOs and Directors, and guide risk management, governance, and strategic initiatives to enable scalable, compliant financial operations.
