About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our fast-paced creative team. This person will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and onboarding top creative talent to support high-performing ad campaigns, UGC production, design, and more. You should have a keen eye for A-players, an instinct for strong creative potential, and the communication skills to build long-lasting relationships with top-tier talent.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and shortlist A-level creative talent (editors, designers, strategists, UGC creators, etc.)
- Conduct screening calls to assess skill set, cultural fit, and communication capabilities
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future project needs
- Partner closely with Creative Leadership to identify talent gaps and hiring priorities
- Have briefing calls with potential talent to clearly explain project deliverables, set expectations, and align on creative goals to ensure high-quality, on-brand output that drives performance
- Manage and optimize the full talent acquisition process, from outreach to onboarding
- Use spreadsheets to organize and track talent pools
- QC and QA of submitted content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, creative standards, and campaign objectives before final delivery
