Hyland is seeking a Platform Infrastructure Engineer (Client Services) in Colombia to design, build, and support enterprise IT infrastructure for endpoints. You'll manage Windows and macOS devices, leverage Intune, Jamf Pro, SCCM, and Defender for Endpoint within a hybrid-cloud environment.
You'll contribute to projects in a sprint-based team, document architectures and procedures, and act as escalation point while driving security, patch management, and policy compliance across the enterprise.
