Ten is seeking a Junior Workforce Planner to help ensure reliable staffing for a 24-7 general operation. You will analyze data, forecast volumes, and manage rosters to meet SLAs across regions. You’ll support a global team and work on improving productivity and cost efficiency.
You will collaborate with IT and operations leadership to maintain schedule integrity, sign off on annual leave, and adapt plans for events and holidays in a hybrid setup.
