Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the Information Technology & Solutions (IT&S;) globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are always compliant with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Design, develop and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, APM, and others based on business needs.
- Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience.




- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using technologies like REST and SOAP web services.
- Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner honoring the allocated budget and timelines.
- Create and maintain documentation on application configurations, system integrations, and process workflows.
- Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to provide efficient solutions.
- Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
